Check In = 5:30 AM – 6:45 AM

Cast Off = 7:00 AM

Weigh In = 2:00 PM

 

The Blackstone Police Department will be hosting its 3rd annual bass tournament at Sandy River Reservoir.  Tournament proceeds will fund a college scholarship for high school students seeking a degree in criminal justice. 

 

  • Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place and biggest fish for those signing up to compete in the big fish category.  There will also be trophies for 1st place and biggest fish.

 

  • Entry fee is $25.00 per person or $50.00 per two person team. Biggest fish is $10.00 per person for individuals who would like to participate in the big fish contest.

 

  • Please preregister by May 30, 2010 if you would like to receive a free event T-shirt. Free event T-shirts will not be issued to anyone that does not meet the deadline for preregistration. Please DO NOT submit tournament fees when preregistering. Tournament fees will be collected at check-in. For preregistration please obtain a Registration Form and Event Rules from the Blackstone Police Department located at 101 West Elm Street, Blackstone, VA or at Bevell’s Hardware located at 109 North High Street, Blackstone, VA or visit our home page to download the forms. Registration Forms and Event Rules will be also available at check-in.
